USA is an artist collective, record label/publisher, and educational
resource surrounding Dub, Reggae (and it’s sub-genres), and all
things under the broad umbrella known as Issue Culture.
As this entity we will offer a scope of music related services such
as recording, production, post-production, duplication, mixing, mastering,
and digital distribution. We can also handle all phases of web site
developement and graphic design.

The purpose of this invaluable resource is to educate our readers,
observers, and listeners to the vague parameters of Issue Records
culture using written word and colorful images. Feel free to comment

clearly catalog all releases past, present and future of the Issue
Records record label. This will also be your personal portal to acquire
